      1. E-mail Users on the Mailing List Section of the Administration Screen.
        • Clicking on the number of users on the mailing list will submit a user search, and display information for all users that are opted in to the list.
      2. If selected, the message will be sent to all users that are opted in to the list.
      3. If selected, you will need to enter your own comma-separated list of e-mail addresses into the text box.  Addresses that you enter do not need to be associated with any registered users.
      4. Subject & Message entry boxes.  Messages can contain HTML code.
      5. Click the "Preview Your E-mail" button will display a preview of the entire e-mail, and provide the option of changing & previewing the e-mail if necessary, until it is ready to be sent.
